Hi i’m Fiona Shulman, I am the proud owner of dinner is served, Let me tell you a bit about my background and what got me here.

I’ve been a chef since I was 15 years old, food is my passion no matter how it’s cooked or served! I love making peoples days when it comes to food and their traditions with food! Being a chef for so long means I come jam-packed with recipes and personalised dishes! I have been working in kitchens since i was 15! I worked my way from being a pot wash/KP to temporarily running a kitchen for 12 months while the site looked for a more permanent position.

Life threw a couple of hurdles my way! I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, endometriosis and scoliosis meaning working in the corporate industry got a lot more difficult! Not many companies want a chef who can’t heavy lift big deliveries or scrub down masses of kitchen floors, Especially a chef that couldn’t complete 12/13 hour daily shifts.

I wasn’t going to let these illnesses stop me from perusing my passion! So i put on my big girl boots, took all my knowledge, training and all my fabulous recipes and stepped out of the corporate world to bring my food and flavours straight to you. Bringing you here to Dinner is served!

All you need to do is let me into your kitchen and then sit back and relax while i serve you delicious flavourful food! I’m here to fill your meal with flavour and love!
